[Pkg-salt-team] Bug#839657: salt-minion: "Do not use md5 hashing algorithm!" on brand new installs

A default installation of salt-minion writes messages like this to
syslog:

Oct  2 19:33:02 mymachine salt-minion[1717]: [WARNING ] IMPORTANT: Do not use md5 hashing algorithm! Please set "hash_type" to sha256 in Salt Minion config!

So one might wonder why is this just not the default for new installs.

so maybe this is already fixed upstream, but it's very annoying and it
would be very nice to see this fixed in the Debian package as well.
