Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?
   - When I try to update git fileserver by calling salt-run fileserver.update

Same behavior is described at https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/39100
and https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/38638. This problem is already fixed
here https://github.com/saltstack/salt/pull/39107.
