[Pkg-salt-team] salt minion broken in current buster

Hi guys,

  we just upgraded from stretch to buster and found this nasty issue (fixed
in upstream)
https://github.com/saltstack/salt/issues/51827

Thanks to this, after upgrade to buster and start of the saltstack minion,
it just prints the errors into the log until it fills all the free space
there.

The change is just oneliner, and several people already confirmed
(including us) that it fixes their issue. I'm so sorry to bother you by
email, but I would like to get this included in buster.
Can you please help me? Or can you tell what can I to do have this done?
