[Pkg-salt-team] Bug#998077: package "sfdisk" recommended but "sfdisk" purely virtual

Version: 3002.6+dfsg1-4

salt-minion recommends the "sfdisk" package but this is an empty
virtual package.
The "fdisk" package contains the sfdisk bin so it is probably the
correct replacement.
