I fixed these by adding a debian/source/lintian-overrides as suggested
by lintian doc
> W: samba source: configure-generated-file-in-source packaging/Debian/debian-stable/config.cache
> W: samba source: configure-generated-file-in-source packaging/Debian/debian-unstable/config.cache
> W: samba source: configure-generated-file-in-source debian/config.cache
Added in a debian/samba.lintian file which will be copied in
/usr/share/lintian/overrides/samba (needs adding the
/usr/share/lintian/overrides dir to samba.dirs)
> W: winbind: old-fsf-address-in-copyright-file
Corrected in debian/copyright
> W: swat: maintainer-script-needs-depends-on-netbase postinst
Corrected in debian/control.in, adding a dependency on netbase
> W: swat: postinst-does-not-load-confmodule
Lintian here suggests loading confmodule even if debconf is not
used. I don't really understand why and lintian is a bit scarce:
W: swat: postinst-does-not-load-confmodule

N: Even if your postinst does not involve debconf, you currently need to
N: make sure it loads one of the debconf libraries. This will be changed
N: in the future.
