Do you know what these are?  I certainly wouldn't bother trying to ship a
new library until we know it's needed by something; and if upstream is
currently installing it as "libmsrpc.so", there's some work to do before
it's something we can ship as a shared lib.

I don't see any reason why we *shouldn't* ship the swat translations in the
swat package, do you?

Do we know what these are used for?  I definitely recommend against
packaging (and thus, supporting) files if we don't know what they're for. :)
I guess the last two files, at least, are an alternative to using iconv for
charset conversion in specific cases; but is there any reason why we should
prefer these over GNU iconv, which is guaranteed to be available anyway?
