So, the choice we have is:

-enforce the From header to a given one...but it leads thinking that I
(or someone else) am doing all commits

-allow <login>@costa.debian.org to post to the mailing list where
<login> lists all Alioth logins allowed to commit (which means one
more action when granting commit access)
