Yes, britney does not understand BTS version tags yet.  Instead, I added a
force hint to get samba in, as soon as I saw this; as long as you wait until
after next dinstall before uploading 3.0.21b, 3.0.21a-4 should get into
testing just fine tomorrow.

The version tags on the bug should say this; it's a bug in britney that this
isn't taken into consideration when moving packages to testing.  Please bug
the release team when this happens, rather than trying to fiddle with the
bug to make britney happy...

... I suppose you get the idea. :)  The only module which *does* import
correctly is samba.tdb.  Yes, this is RC.
