FWIW, I think a Suggests is fine; this isn't central functionality, by any
means -- it's only used when there's a crash, and I think most users will
get by just fine without samba ever crashing. ;)  Also, I don't see any need
to even check for the presence of mailx -- if the panic-action script fails
because it's missing, so what?
