[Pkg-samba-maint] Account created on bugzilla

I have created an account for us  as "Debian samba package
maintainers" with pkg-samba-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org as e-mail
address.

This shoul dhelp in getting notification from samba's Bugzilla go to
the list if we take care of submitting bug reports with this account
rather than our own personal accounts.

Steve, this will probably require some whitelisting for bugzilla.

The account password will be mailed to the list...which will require
moderation by Steve.
