[Pkg-samba-maint] Build a new version?

As 3.0.21a-1 has now reached testing, I hereby propose building a new
version. I will implement the few changes made in SVN in the meantime,
mainly the switch to quilt and the minor problem fix of example
machine script.

Doing so will help a good testing that the switch to quilt actually
works as expected..:-)

This could be the start of a "rebuild a new version as soon as the old
one has reached testing" rabbit run..:-)
