[Pkg-samba-maint] swat/inetd uninstallation

Now that swat is registered automatically in inetd, I think it should 
also be automatically unregistered in postrm remove (not purge), since 
the enabling no longer represents a user configuration action.  This 
also relates to bug #313214: swat not stopped when package removed.  
Patch is attached; any policy lawyering against it? ;-)
