[Pkg-samba-maint] Building 3.0.23rc2

3.0.23rc2 builds cleanly

Still a bunch of lintian/inda warnings. Some of them are the kind we
"accept". Some are new (warning about non standard dir perm). We can
probably make of few of them disappear (templates, missing man page,
extended description too long)

The autoconf.patch probably needs some rework also. It seem to do a
lot of useless stuff. And, as I said to Steve yesterday, we can
probably propose some parts of it to upstream (those who allow
building on Hurd or kfreebsd).
