[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#385372: samba: create_builtin_administrators still problematic

actually I did test it at that time but quickly reverted my changes
because some users couldn't access some shares
although I did change many parameters at once and I couldn't tell if the
errors was a side effect of one of those parameters I changed :

winbind separator = \
idmap uid = 10000-20000
idmap gid = 10000-20000
winbind enum users = yes
winbind enum groups = yes

as well as a "force group" on the share

here is the errors I had afterwards :

  create_local_nt_token: Failed to create BUILTIN\Administrators group!


but now, maybe things have changed since 3.0.23c-4 so I will try again
to change the idmap uid/gid parameters only (maybe the errors came from
the "force group" or another param.)
