Sure. Moreover, you have to run it either always on an unstable
machine....or on a stable machine.

which is indeed kind of a problem for me as I usually commit from my
laptop running unstable except when I'm at work and I commit from my
home machine running stable.

gettext utilities format PO files slightly differently in sarge and
unstable....
