[Pkg-samba-maint] Development tools?

Well, I'm probably not a reference about all this. I actually don't
use svn-buildpackage and the onyl thing I use that is special is a
script hacked by Joey Hess to tag releases (for D-I) which I adapted
to packages I work on....nothing really cute, indeed.
