[Pkg-samba-maint] First build test of samba4wins

Sitting here with Michael Adam, we made a first quick build of
samba4wins (he should soon commit stuff in the SVN).

The build went fine on my unstable machine (not tested with pbuilder,
though).

A few lintian warnings:

Michael, you can just run "lintian --info
samba4wins_1.0.6-1_i386.changes" to get explanations about all these.

Nothing deeply critical, though. Fixing the "
postrm-does-not-call-updaterc.d-for-init.d-script" would be good, for
sure. Fixing others is pretty easy....except writing the
manpages...:-)
