[Pkg-samba-maint] samba 3.0.25c-1 ready for upload

After today's work, the 3.0.25c-1 samba packages are ready on my laptop.

Of course, any new fixes are welcome if some of you guys have pending
stuff.

Thanks to Noèl for the analysis of bugs fixed by this new upstream
version and to Peter for the recent bug triaging party. Thanks of
course to Steve Langasek for holding my hand while I checked the
fhs.patch regressions..:-)

I suggest we now wait for 3.0.25b-2 (which contains several
interesting fixes by Steve, particularly in fhs.patch) to enter
testing, which should happen pretty soon as we're only waiting for
cupsys which itself is not blocked by anything.

Just in case: cupsys maintainers, it would be nice of you if you don't
upload a new version of your package until 1.3.0-3 reaches testing
