[Pkg-samba-maint] samba 3.0.25c-1 ready for upload

They admit themselves that there is not many people using this and,
particularly in the Samba Team, not many people really care about this
(which explains why the build is often broken, which happened twice in
recent releases, including 3.0.25c).

Volker Lendecke quickly fixed the build problem in 3.0.25c but that's
mostly the only actions that seem to be happening on this part of the
code.
