That change seems useless to me. Apparently, the Ubuntu patches change
"Workgroup/Domain Name:" to "Workgroup/Domain Name?", turning this
into interrogative form.

This fuzzies all translations of debconf templates in the Ubuntu
package while the translations coming from Debian are complete.

Apart from the wrong capitalization (which I'll correct soon in the
Debian package), I suggest dropping the s/:/? change.

PS: the default to "MSHOME" seems questionable to me. I would expect
something more neutral such as "WORKGROUP", which I would be OK to
adopt in the Debian package as well.
