Indeed I was pretty sure that we reported this in upstream's bugzilla
but it appears that we didn't.

I asked Sam about the smb.conf in case a "bind interfaces only" would
be used but he didn't use one and, therefore, I agree that nmbd
shutting down self just because no interface is up is slightly Bad.
