[Pkg-samba-maint] We should sign comments when we send a bug report to upstream's BTS

I just saw Noèl's comment in upstream #4733. One minor glitch of our
new method to report bug is that this makes our reports quite
anonymous.

As keeping a personal link within developers is pretty important, I
suggest we try taking care of signing of comments/mails/reports when
writing to upstream's BTS with the pkg-samba-maint account.
