[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#414445: smbpasswd: smb_panic action by create a password

My investigation comes to the conclusion that it is my fault. I worked
on serveral configfiles at the same time and this was a mistake.

I have writen (or copied) this text row in the configfile.

It was not automaticly set by install the package. I´m sure so it was.
