Further discovering. I have removed "username map" and add unix
and samba user with the same name as domain user. All work as
should: I've get write access.
That is clear: the problem is with mapping user. From log I see
that samba trying to map one domain user to other domain user
with name of unix user:
[domain]\[domain user] => [domain]\[unix user]
instead of mapping it to unix user:
[domain]\[domain user] => [unix user]
May be this is source of problem.
