Package: samba
Version: 3.0.27-1
Hello,
From a few updates ago, all my samba shares from main server are
not reachable when using smbmount (smbclient works fine)...
Syslog entries are output in syslog as:
Nov 22 19:55:17 alcatraz kernel: smb_add_request: request [b332ce60,
mid=16] timed out!
Nov 22 19:55:17 alcatraz kernel: smb_proc_readdir_long: error=-5, breaking
... and repeat
I searched in google and I found some info:
http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=300708
Seems that is a known bug, fixed in 3.0.27a
For now, as the text contained in previous url I am using
mount.cifs
Some info about my system:

Kernel: Linux alcatraz 2.6.17-2-k7 #1 SMP Wed Sep 13 17:18:46 UTC
