That seems like a pretty fixable bug in samba, wouldn't it be better to get
an upstream fix instead of just documenting the behavior?

I think this default should be revisited first, to figure out if there's an
appropriate/safe way to change this setting, or to autoconfigure a separate
administator user in samba.

I don't see why we would want to provide documentation in lenny's README for
sarge->etch upgrades.  Anyway, this password chat seems to still be broken
in the default configuration and should be fixed, at the same time that we
enable "pam password chat".

Again, documenting changes that are no longer relevant for etch->lenny
upgrades.
