It depends on upstram's level of maintenance of that part of the
code. There have been several occasions to see that this part of the
code is not actively maintained upstream (broken builds most of the
time). So, we concluded that we'd better not ship this until upstream
finds a more active maintainer (which they would probably welcome warmly).
