Well, yes, it's temporary in the sense that 3.2.0 going to unstable was an
"oops"; this was supposed to sit in experimental for a while.

The size for 3.2.0 final packages in Debian probably will come down as a
result of more code being moved into newly-broken-out shared libraries which
are not yet packaged.

They were stripped.  I don't know of any reason in particular that would
account for the size increase.
