[Pkg-samba-maint] "invalid users = root"

Now that we can easily change stuff in the default smb.conf and have a
chance for it to go in our users' config, I'd like to raise the
following:

"invalid users = root" is not upstream's default and is, for them,
debatable, making the Debian installs different from "standard"
installs (for instance, joining a Samba-controlled domain is generally
done as "root" and providing root's samba password.

So, I'd like to have us discuss the option of removing that option
from the default smb.conf
