[Pkg-samba-maint] Work on Samba 4 packages

Yesterday and today, I tried building samba4 packages with stuff
committed by Jelmer in trunk/samba4/debian and Alpha3 tarballs

First, I had to add "python-all-dev" to Build-Depends....

Then, I went on:

rm -f /tmp/buildd/samba4-4.0.0~alpha3~1/debian/tmp/usr/lib/pkgconfig/nss_winbind.pc
dh_install --sourcedir=debian/tmp --list-missing --fail-missing
cp: cannot stat `debian/tmp/usr/bin/pidl': No such file or directory
dh_install: command returned error code 256

Not investiged that, yet..
