This appears to be a different issue than 484235, in that I do not have
ldap involved.

Just after updating Samba to 3.2.0 Winbind generates multiple panic
action events.  Reproduceable by waiting, or restarting Winbind.  I did
install the samba-dbg package and restarted winbind to generate the
following report:

This version of vim apparently doesn't like cut and paste, as whenever I
attempt a cut and paste of testparm -s or cat /etc/samba/smb.conf it
adds about a zillion tabs.  (That's another bug report though.) I don't
feel like typing it by hand unless you think the debug output shows a
problem there.

testparm says everything is OK though.
