[Pkg-samba-maint] sendfile support in Debian builds of Samba

Hello,

I wonder is there any reason for building samba in Debian without
"--with-sendfile-support"?
I am sure that this option can be safely enabled on all Linux platforms.
Enabling this option can only improve performance and I can't think of any
negative aspect of using it.
Notice that on some platforms sendfile usage may be optional, but on
platforms like ARMv5 (arm/armel) sendfile is mandatory since every context
switch for transferring data to/from userspase will flush CPU's cache and
defenetly affect performance!
Enabling that options, in default Debian builds, will help many users by
saving their time for rebuilding every release on VERY SLOW machines (on
most ARM this takes hours!)

Thanks again
Eugene
