3.2.1-1 is in testing.

I think that 3.2.2 includes fixes we need; pre-approval is much less
relevant for 3.2.2 than for 3.2.1.

It is forwarded; I don't know why this doesn't show up in the header on
bugreport.cgi, I've pinged Don about it.
Yes, I think we should wait to include that fix before uploading 3.2.2. The
proposed patch is already available upstream, I can pull it in to the repo
and handle the fix-ups, so that we can upload at the same time upstream
announces.
