    44.0.0.0 is ampr.org only for packet hamradio on the air.
   My is sm7jqb.ampr.org 44.140.249.7 and my net is net.sm7jqb.ampr.org 
-> 44.140.249.64 / 28
)

My samba server is the only server in my home-net  44.140.249.64/28
And maybe it is something I don't need?
Or is there someplace where I can read more about just this part?
