Yes, I'm following this as I'm subscribed to Launchpad stuff wrt samba
(I suppose that Steve is, also).

Once this is fixed dedinitively, we'll need to consider whether this
is worth having this for lenny. In such case, we would need to
backport the fix for 3.2.5 as 3.2.6 is not really relevant for lenny,
as we ruled out as of now.
