[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#454112: We have a workaround for #454112 but that's only a workaround

As I lost several minutes digging in, let's record that we implemented
a workaround for #454112 in /etc/init.d/winbind, but there is still an
upstream bug an winbind should remove its PID file itself.
