Well, Mathieu, good luck...:-)
Unfortunately, copyright/licensing investigation is currently
incredibly nitpicky and, therefore, Debian maintainers have to make a
work that should indeed be done by upstream authors. And, of course,
sponsors get this burden added so that their good will and motivation
is reduced a little bit more.
But, I can rant as I want, this won't change, so if you want ctdb to
go in Debian, you have to do this, otherwise Ganneff will
systematically reject uploads.
Is it clear from the above that I find this pretty sad?
