Hi,
I think I've found a proken package or bug in the Debian testing
ARM-Repositories: After updating to the newest Version (3.0.28-1), I noticed,
that the samba server wasn't working properly any more: When searching the
samba server with smb://IP-ADRESS for shares the server shows strange
folder-names for the shares; the first character of each shared folder is
repeated n times, while n stands for the length of the original share name or
a number near to that. Inside of each shared folder, the names are all ok.
I've also used the standard smb.conf insted of my own one but it didn't help.
The only way for me was to downgrade to the stable Version (3.0.24).
I hope this will help you to fix the problem.
Thanks an best regards
Andreas Tetzner
