[Pkg-samba-maint] experimental/unstable CTDB package

Hi,

I have commited a initial version of CTDB [0]. It works good for me.
This is on svn (see [1]). Instructions to build the package are at [2].

After the package is built and installed, follow upstream instructions [3].
Note that /etc/sysconfig/ctdb is replaced by /etc/default/ctdb.

If you want to test it with samba 3.2pre1-1 :
#apt-get source samba=3.2pre1-1
Edit "debian/rules", add  "--with-ctdb --with-cluster-support" to conf_args
Then "dpkg-reconfigure -rfakeroot", and install. Follow upstream docs again [4].

I have reported two bugs upstream ([5] and |6]), thanks to lintian.
There are some
missing manpages.

config/functions should begin with #!/bin/sh
