[Pkg-samba-maint] warning, svn repo dumped && reloaded

So after merging 3.2.0 onto the samba trunk, I found that my bzr-svn
checkout would no longer update correctly (mental note, don't blindly copy
bzr properties when merging), and trying to remove the bogus prop with the
svn command just gave me a bzr checkout with truncated history, so I've done
an svnadmin dump && reload of the whole packaging repo to excise the
property change by hand.

This appears to have worked ok - my existing svn checkouts don't object, and
bzr-svn is also happier now - but I wanted to apprise everyone of this
change in case it breaks something that I haven't foreseen. I still have
the original fsfs directory on hand, so we can roll back to it if we need to
for any reason.

And as a side benefit, /svn/pkg-samba/db shrank from 243MB to 172MB in the
process - hopefully it's just a case of newer svn just being more efficient,
rather than making part of the history disappear. ;)
