[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#485378: samba: manpage of smb.conf references wrong chapter in official docs

Hi,

in the manpage of smb.conf the explanation of the option "os level" 
reads "Please refer to chapter 9 of the Samba-3 HOWTO document for 
further information regarding the use of this parameter."
I needed more detailed information for this option so I checked the 
official samba-3-howto and it is (now) in chapter 10. See "Chapter 10. 
Network Browsing" on
