- Version tracking needs to use the *version numbers of actual packages*
from the archive. There is no samba package version 3.2.3-2; this package
has an epoch, so the correct version is 2:3.2.3-2.
- Versioned closes are not appropriate for bugs that were not fixed by
changes to the package's code. AIUI, nothing has changed in the package
in 3.2.3 that addresses this bug, we're simply declaring this not-a-bug
(at least, that's what I gathered from Jelmer's comments) - so an
unversioned close appears to be correct here.
