Correct. Apparently, the document that best fits the definition is
/usr/share/doc/samba-doc/htmldocs/Samba3-Developers-Guide/pwencrypt.html

Rewording that debconf template, if we decide to, would need to
unfuzzy translations (sed could be used, there).
