In #451269, a long discussion happened about cases where the smb.conf
file is broken enough to prevent smbd from starting.


My feeling is that Steve does not consider this to be a bug. If the
configuration is broken, then the package postinst fails and that's
the best way for the local admin to know that something is wrong.

I think this bug should at least be marked wontfix, if not closed.
