[Pkg-samba-maint] Bug#458020: nmbd crashing at restart when no broadcast address

Steve properly anayzed in that BR that nmbd should indeed not even
start with eh bug submitter's settings.

However, we're still left with something that becomes "nmbd should
shutdown gracefully when no more non localhost network interfaces are available".

Do you guys think we should keep this bug opened or just close it by now?
