[Pkg-samba-maint] [RFC] Remove packaging/Debian ?

The packaging/Debian directory hasn't been updated since 3.0.20 and
simply contains an (old) copy of the packaging that can be found in the
Debian Subversion repository
(svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-samba/trunk/samba). 

Should we just remove these directories and add a README file instead,
pointing at the Debian Subversion repository?
