[Pkg-samba-maint] Fixes needed to our patches for 3.2.4

This proper-static-lib-linking.patch which is plain mystery for me is
again affected by upstream's build changes.

As a consequence, Steve, you again need to have a look at adapting our
patches for 3.2.4, I can't do it.

I can do the changes to Makefile.in as they're "trivial" but those to
aclocal.m4 are affected by upstream's changes and I don't understand
the purpose of our patch enough (understand "at all") to be able to do
something without messing up, there.
