[Pkg-samba-maint] Something to add to debian/rules for ctdb support?

Just attending the CTDB tutorial at SambaXP...

Michael Adam recommends building with "--with-shared-modules =
idmap_tdb2" (actually adding this to other shared modules) as he also
recommends using "idmap backend = tdb2".

Would there be any objection to us doing this ?
