[Pkg-samba-maint] Please comment: dropping shrink-dead-code.patch

That can be debated so I'd appreciate if you guys could comment on
this move.

It will reinject bloat in package but will:
- save me from nightmares when merging new upstream versions
- avoid breaking VFS modules
