[Pkg-samba-maint] mini-dinstall on alioth

During SambaXP, Luk began setting up mini-dinstall on alioth so that
we can upload unofficial packages in an incoming directory there and
then have them properly installed in an apt-get'able archive.

However, I'm having problems there.

I did put files in incoming:
